In an ongoing effort to insure that you are completely satisfied with your new home, we have provided all homebuyers with a one year limited warranty. This warranty is designed to provide a vehicle which you may use to obtain service for your new home during the terms of the warranty. Click here to download the warranty in its entirety. Refer to the warranty when making requests for service to insure that the service requested is for a covered item.
Service for non-emergency items may be requested either by e-mail, fax or regular mail to the addresses included in the service request form which is also part of this tab. Using a written request will help to expedited your service and make it easier to follow-up on its timely completion. No verbal requests for service can be accepted. We appreciate your cooperation with this process.
Emergency service should be requested by contacting the buildings on-site management.
